The holidays are right around the corner and your kitchen will definitely see more action these next couple of months. As you prepare food for your family think about the design of your kitchen. What changes would you make?
Mary, the owner and designer opened Signature Kitchen and Bath because she needed to remodel her own kitchen but could not find someone that could deliver a beautiful, yet functional kitchen. Whereas her kitchen was cramped before, now multiple people can work in the kitchen with ease. It has been several years since she remodeled her kitchen and she still loves it to this day. Many of our customers have said the same thing years after their projects are completed. This is partly because they were heavily involved in the design aspect of their kitchens.
Anyone can have a beautiful kitchen but is it functional? A designer or contractor can recommend a layout, but ultimately you will be the one that has to live with the kitchen. Products are relatively easy to select so be sure you really focus on the design and functionality. Do you need more storage for pots and pans, or food? Are your corner cabinets being used, or do you shove things in there and never see them again?
Make sure your contractor shows you a rendering of what your kitchen will look like. A 3D rendering is the best way to show you the proposed kitchen. This will help you make sure that you will be happy and comfortable in your new kitchen.
